Bulgaria Economic Forum is responsible for WP 4: Structural support measures to improve SME support services (Please see below)

 

WP 1: Transnational project and financial management  - transversal activity that guarantees the correct execution and development of the project;

 

WP 2: Communication activities - to disseminate project results to the target groups and to assure a high visibility of project results and activities;

 

WP 3: Detection of innovative and successful approaches for elaboration and implementation of the SEE Support Service Protocol

  •  tool that will guide business support entities on how to best provide support services to SMEs in the animal breeding and horticulture sector in order to improve their competitiveness and facilitate an innovative environment for entrepreneurship;
  •  elaborate based on good practices identified in participating countries.

WP 4: Structural support measures to improve SME support services –development of a transnational database that will allow both SMEs and business support services to identify the most adequate support services and service providers for SMEs and organization of a transnational conference for SME support services;

 

WP 5:   Increasing SMEs awareness of innovation and technology – it’s addressed to  SME stakeholders in order to test a diagnostic approach and transfer know-how and raise awareness on the need for innovation in order to effectively access market opportunities through an e-learning course;

 

WP 6: Elaboration of support tools for entrepreneurs and SMEs – will provide additional support tools for SMEs in order to :

  •  facilitate entrepreneurship - SEE Kit for entrepreneurs;
  •  increase their internationalisation - Web constructor and SEE Virtual Fair

WP 7: Training measures for the employees of business support services for the effective implementation of the SEE Support Service Protocol – will transfer know-how and capacitate employees of business support services for SMEs for the implementation of the SEE Protocol and introduce them to the SEE support tools, through an e-learning course
